where did the premire bonus characters go?

i have premire but the bonus characters arent showing up anywhere. not in smartt content installed nor pending. 

i have the base characters and i have a premire subsciption active.

    Are you logged into your account within Daz Studio? You need to "check-in" around every 2 weeks I think so it can confirm that your Premier subscription is active.

    yes i am. also my asset updates wont update. it is stuck on obtaining data from Daz Connect for DAYS. i have an always on computer setup so its literally be 48 hour of being stuck on that. not to mention numorus assets in my smart content have no image in the thumbnail just a yellow dash border with a question mark in the center! what gives????

    Have you tried closing and reopening? Also check that your firewall or other security software isn't interfering - I have had MalwareBytes deciding that DS updating content it installed is the start of a ransomeware attack (though that removed the whole application, rather than just blocking content downloads). My concern would be that the database is corrupt, given the mixture of symptoms.

    im thinking its the database is corrupted. i've been having drives fail left and right. i had four die this month alone :( is there a fix? redownloading on a working drive? reinstalling DIM? Daz Studio?
